Ibanez Bass Workshop SR700 Fretless Bass Guitar - Brown Burst Flat

ABOUT

The Ibanez SRF700 is a purpose-built fretless bass designed for players chasing expressive, upright-inspired tone with modern electric bass playability. Its neck-through 5-piece maple/bubinga neck, mahogany body wings, and extended Panga Panga fingerboard give you huge sustain, silky slides, and access to registers normally reserved for upright bassists.

At the heart of the SRF700 is Ibanez’s exclusive AeroSilk Piezo system, delivering warm, woody, acoustic-like response that reacts beautifully to fretless phrasing. Blend it with the pair of Bartolini MK-1 humbuckers and the active 2-band EQ, and you get everything from deep, articulate electric bass punch to airy, nuanced upright textures—all in one instrument.

Finished in Brown Burst Flat, the SRF700 looks understated and elegant, with a smooth satin feel that complements its fluid, expressive voice.
